- The Yamhill County Juvenile Department found that it needed to expand its detention facility on the second floor of the county courthouse above the Yamhill County Sheriff's
office. O'Brien provided constructability review and assistance in identifying and ordering long lead items to achieve the non-disruptive workflow that is necessary in a secure facility and
to ensure that the adult inmate labor working on the project was effectively isolated from the juvenile detainees. The expanded facility includes new cells, a classroom, office and security
room.
