- O'Brien Constructors has worked with the City of Forest Grove to
expand their library to include computer stations and a cozy reading area,
as well as renovating the existing library to modern standards. The
renovated space reused many existing features of the library such as
the exposed timber trusses and wood ceiling. The addition melded with
the existing space through use of similar materials such as glue-laminated beams. Throughout, O'Brien worked closely with the client and
architect to combine functionality with aesthetic and create a space
that fulfills the needs of the Forest Grove community.
